The Fotoverbund Group has been using SAP ERP since 2017. The commerce solution for the B2B portal was initially hosted locally. In order to use new functions and benefit from the advantages of regular updates, the company opted for Move2Cloud. With the move to SAP Commerce Cloud, Ringfoto has succeeded not only in an elegant relaunch, but above all in a comprehensive upgrade of the portal.

The project

Ringfoto generates a considerable part of its warehouse sales via the B2B portal. No functions are to be lost through the Move2Cloud. Instead, the goal is to align the processes with the SAP standard, if possible, to optimize them and to expand the functions in some places. The new, revised B2B portal thus offers members more digital options with optimized user-friendliness.

Through the portal, dealers have access to all important data and supporting content at any time. Members can easily enter important business information themselves, which helps final customers find the right dealer, among other things. Interfaces to partner systems further improve the customer experience.


The Move2Cloud of the SAP Commerce solution and the B2B portal accelerate the pace of transformation at Ringfoto. In the future, the retail group will be able to react more flexibly to changes and seize opportunities even faster.
