Initial situation
The initial situation was the introduction of a B2B online store including variant configuration for the sun and insect protection products with the aim of adding a new channel to the traditional communication channels such as e-mail, fax, field service or phone. The company was already using SAP ERP and was looking for a suitable e-commerce solution.

The project
Thanks to the All for One Customer Experience implementations, a significant share of sales can now be generated via the online store. The complex variant configuration was successfully implemented and the internal sales force was noticeably relieved. The transformation of the All for One Customer Experience also resulted in a reduction of process costs in the company.
