Initial situation
The initial situation was the introduction of a B2B online store including variant configuration for sun and insect protection products with the aim of adding a new channel to the traditional communication channels such as email, fax, field service or telephone. The company was already using SAP ERP and was looking for a suitable e-commerce solution.

The project
