INITIAL SITUATION
The products are sold through specialist dealers who provide advice to end customers. Orders for doors with the desired configurations are received by Mosel Türen by e-mail, fax or telephone. The internal sales team takes care of pricing and quoting. The confirmed order is then sent on to production. Manual order entry is time-consuming and frequent customer queries keep the team even busier.
A new solution is to digitize sales, automate inefficient processes and open up further marketing opportunities.

THE PROJECT
Resource planning has already been carried out with SAP since 2016. Customer data and information on products, categories and characteristics are already stored in the system. Therefore, the choice for the solution to digitize the B2B2C sales processes quickly falls on the SAP Commerce Cloud.
