MOSEL TÜREN is part of the Borne group of companies and has been manufacturing doors & frames of high quality for over 65 years. The 92,000 m² production area in Trierweiler is one of the most modern in Europe.

INITIAL SITUATION

The products are sold through specialist dealers who provide advice to end customers. Orders for doors with the desired configurations are received by Mosel Türen by e-mail, fax or telephone. The internal sales team takes care of pricing and quoting. The confirmed order is then sent on to production. Manual order entry is time-consuming and frequent customer queries keep the team even busier.


A new solution is to digitize sales, automate inefficient processes and open up further marketing opportunities.
