THE PROJECT

As part of the network-wide conversion to the SAP S/4HANA Business Suite, the service department also received a new, modern solution - SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM). As a result, HYDAC has increased general transparency in particular. With the help of embedded analytics, the analytical list page offers valuable insights. For example, department managers can list and sort open orders including their status. The analysis options for the complaints process are also extensive. Service technicians have direct access to current customer data from S/4HANA via FSM. The mobile time records are automatically transferred back to the ERP.
