Von Rohr Armaturen AG is part of the ARCA Flow Group and is therefore a market leader in industrial process control. Its products are used in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, waste disposal and food industries, among others. In addition to cost-effective standard valves, von Rohr primarily offers custom-made products in batch size 1, which are planned by the highly qualified sales team.

The project
Using artificial intelligence specifically for their own purposes - that was Rohr Armaturen AG's wish and the SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud was the chosen means to an end. The solution was initially connected to the existing SAP ECC. The Group-wide conversion to S/4HANA is already in full swing and the connection to the new ERP has been prepared accordingly. The Intelligent Sales Cloud will then also be implemented in other business units of the ARCA Group.
Our ERP contains 20 years' worth of order information. We want to make this data usable with AI.
