In order to deliver on its brand promise to prospects and homebuilders every day, while still growing, the company selected SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud. Together with All for One Customer Experience, the company succeeded in introducing a mobile, unified CRM system that puts prospects and home builders at the center and ensures simple, end-to-end operation for the sales force. The goal was to take a full view of the prospects and optimize the entire customer journey, from the first interaction (e.g. via web, phone, e-mail), through consulting, to quoting, order creation, and construction execution.
