POLUMANA® is a cloud-based sales app for B2B field sales. With the app, sales employees have relevant customer and product information with them – always and everywhere. Whether customer data from the CRM, product information from the PIM or inventory from the ERP – the app links real-time data from all common systems and combines them on the mobile device. This allows sales colleagues to complete all sales tasks directly at the customer's site: they can present products in an exciting multimedia way, place orders directly, and immediately confirm delivery dates and conditions. MULTIMEDIA SALES SUPPORT

Impressive presentations can only be achieved if sales staff know as much as possible about their customers. And if the customer can experience the products – visually, acoustically, emotionally. POLUMANA® therefore bundles all relevant customer data from S/4 HANA and Sales Cloud with multimedia product information such as videos, photos or PDF brochures from PIM/DAM, CMS, SharePoint. This means that your sales staff has all the information they need to inspire their customers with a multimedia product presentation.

OFFLINE CAPABLE ORDER ENTRY

Is the product in stock? What is the price? Are there customer-specific discounts? With POLUMANA®, sales staff enter orders directly on site – even with poor reception. The entry point for orders depends on the customer's preferences. Whether the product catalog is accessed directly via Lookbook, the last order is duplicated and edited, or the order is triggered from the last offer. This is because all relevant information such as stock levels or customer-specific conditions from S/4 HANA and Sales Cloud are also available offline.

There is no data retention: POLUMANA® acts as a pure mobile, 100% offline-capable extension of your IT systems. All content is synchronized with all relevant systems via SAP CPI and other standard interfaces, for example.

Offline-capable pricing is not the only highlight: the app generates the order overview directly on site so that the sales person can share it with the customer immediately. The app supports different order types such as quotations, manual stock or blanket orders. Articles can be easily found via the article number or a barcode scanner. New orders can be quickly entered from the document history.

MOBILE PRODUCT CATALOG

POLUMANA® provides all product information clearly arranged in an app, online and offline. This way, your sales representatives convince with competence and effectiveness in every sales talk. Thanks to the connection with customer data and the order entry function, they can also place orders quickly and efficiently.

POLUMANA® shows its advantages especially in the case of extensive product portfolios: No matter how many thousands of products and variants your portfolio comprises – with POLUMANA® you can access them at any time, even offline. Intelligent filter functions, sensible product groupings and a clear presentation make the large number of products easily accessible. From product images and dimensional drawings to brochures – POLUMANA® provides the entire range of information material for each article in different formats (image, video, PDF, Office, ...).

MOBILE TOUR PLANNING

In order to reach as many customers as possible, thanks to the POLUMANA® app sales representatives are able to calculate short and time-saving routes. With the app, your sales staff will arrive at the customer meeting relaxed, on time and well prepared.

POLUMANA® automatically calculates an optimal route. The app takes into account visit criteria such as opening hours, visit frequency and customer priority. If necessary, the calculated tour can be flexibly adjusted. Sales staff can view the calculated tour on tablet or smartphone – even offline. This eliminates the need for manual and often tedious planning. Your employees can focus on what's most important: the customer and the optimal sales pitch.
