Customer Experience - The project
Project
VILLIGER works with a large sales force that has to cope with a high volume of visits. In the course of replacing an existing CRM system for all 4 companies, the company wanted to network the internal & external sales force more closely with the help of a modern CRM solution and significantly improve communication between ERP and CRM.
Efficient on the road in outound sales
The standard functionalities of SAP Sales Cloud enable lean processes from visit management to data collection at the point of sale and order entry. A custom development maps the stocks of the products carried by the sales force, checks their availability during order entry and is constantly synchronized with the stocks in the ERP.
This seamless integration into the ERP has significantly improved inventory accuracy and, above all, the office staff now also have a constant overview of the products that need to be resupplied to the field staff.
THE PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
In-house developments by All for One Customer Experience extend the SAP standard in Retail Execution Management from pricing to inventory monitoring:
- Inventory monitoring of agent warehouses
- Goods returns to the head office
- Exchange of goods between sales representatives
- Pricing at the different price levels
- Management of visit specifications and tour planning
- Entry of new customers and transfer to the accounts receivable department
