We have set up a modern, efficient spare parts management system, creating the fastest and most convenient route to all our products and services for end customers and employees.
The INITIAL SITUATION
Customers and internal Stiegelmeyer technicians could only request spare parts via a platform without prices and availability. The proprietary advisor system was only available as an "isolated solution". In order to network and digitalize various processes, the company opted for the flexible solutions of All for One Customer Experience.

THE CX PROJECT
With the Equipment Viewer, an innovative spare parts ordering system was implemented. The hierarchical display of individual components and the exploded view significantly simplify the selection process. Furthermore, a chatbot was implemented that allows navigating through the spare parts in a natural dialog.
