The Stiegelmeyer company stands for modern and comfortable beds and furniture in hospitals and nursing homes. In addition, comfort beds for discerning private customers and a comprehensive range of services are provided. The aim is to promote the health and well-being of residents and patients.

We have set up a modern, efficient spare parts management system, creating the fastest and most convenient route to all our products and services for end customers and employees.

The OUTPUT SITUATION

Customers and internal Stiegelmeyer technicians could only request spare parts via a platform without prices and availability. The proprietary advisor system was only available as an "island solution". In order to network and digitize various processes, the company opted for the flexible solutions of the All for One Customer Experience.

THE CX PROJECT

With the Equipment Viewer, an innovative spare parts ordering system was implemented. The hierarchical display of individual components and the exploded view significantly simplify the selection process. Furthermore, a chatbot was implemented, which makes it possible to navigate through the spare parts in a natural dialog.

SAP Germany annually awards companies that have excelled in the implementation of their software solution through outstanding performance and adherence to SAP quality principles. Stiegelmeyer's 2021 team was honored in the Business Transformation category. The use of All for One Customer Experience add-on solutions tailored to SAP commerce was a key factor.
