Strong partner relationship management and reliable forecasts of the sales pipeline - In order to optimize its sales processes holistically, MOBOTIX AG decided to replace its existing CRM system. Together with digitalization partner All for One Customer Experience, an individual partner portal was developed based on SAP Sales Cloud, which makes collaboration with the numerous sales partners efficient and transparent: From opportunity registration to special partner programs, the platform ensures smooth and targeted collaboration and first-class customer care. In parallel, the SAP Service Cloud was also introduced for transparent service.
The new partner portal is based on the SAP Sales Cloud and seamlessly links pre-sales, sales and after-sales. Partners can reach the specialist department directly via the portal or help themselves via self-services. Documentation takes place automatically.
We think of Customer Centricity holistically. Via the partner portal, we are optimally networked with our sales partners and offer our customers a seamless and individualized customer journey.
SAP SALES & Service CLOUD & THE PARTNER PORTAL
Customer centricity as guarantee for success. As a manufacturing company, MOBOTIX relies on a large partner network in sales and was looking for a digital solution that would provide the best possible support for the sales cycle to the end customer. Together with All for One Customer Experience, a portal was developed which provides all parties involved with valuable real-time data. This portal is linked seamlessly to the CRM and allows MOBOTIX to provide customized support to partners and end customers.
The advantages of the partner portal at a glance:
- Customers can view all tickets and track their status via the partner portal in the SAP Service Cloud.
- Customers are given the option in the service portal to quickly contact the specialist department or to use self services.
- If a service case is forwarded to a colleague or another department, all the necessary information travels with it. Manual data transfer from one system to another is no longer necessary.
- Employees save an enormous amount of time .
- Customers receive a customer experience that meets the high quality standards of MOBOTIX.
