As an independent legal services provider, it offers comprehensive insurance coverage, professional support from highly qualified legal staff, and legal services such as D.A.S. Direkthilfe® and D.A.S. Rechtsberatung.

INITIAL SITUATION

D.A.S. was looking for an alternative to another provider because product and implementation partners did not meet the company's specific needs. Together with All for One Customer Experience a concept for the complex data structure & relevant interfaces was developed.

The project

The business model of D.A.S. Rechtsschutz AG is based on a sales channel mix. This consists of employed sales force, external brokers and agents as well as online sales. Together with All for One Customer Experience, a concept for the company's complex data structure was developed. Relevant interfaces to third party systems were considered from the beginning. The primary goal was to achieve a 360° customer view and to increase sales performance. Daily customer care was to be simplified.
