THE INITIAL SITUATION

The aim was to create an omnichannel platform that could map the extensive product portfolio, including complex configuration options, in a B2B/C-compliant manner. A dedicated partner portal was to create special incentives for B2B sales and direct contact with end customers was to be expanded in order to provide them with the best possible support from the information search to the purchasing process.

Efficient product data and media management enable the optimal implementation of the omni-channel strategy and ensure a professional e-commerce presence. The innovative shopping cart tool and the service-oriented partner platform, including integrated inventory management, ensure a seamless customer experience along the entire customer journey.
