THE INITIAL SITUATION

The aim was to create an omnichannel platform that could map the extensive product portfolio, including complex configuration options, in a B2B/C-compliant manner. A dedicated partner portal was to create special incentives for B2B sales and direct contact with end customers was to be expanded in order to provide them with the best possible support from the information search to the purchasing process.
