  • Consulting and optimization of the service processes of our new and existing customers around the topic of SAP Sales & Service Cloud and FSM
  • Planning and moderation of requirements workshops

  • Several years of experience with focus on the following topics: SAP CX, S4/HANA Field Service Management
  • Knowledge of field service management processes based on SAP FSM
  • Sound process knowledge in integration in the sales and service area
  • Independent and team-oriented way of working, high level of initiative, strong communication skills and confident appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the scope of the projects
